Planning a trip with SmartFlyer is a collaborative process designed to make every step feel clear, personal, and effortless. From understanding your travel style to confirming the final details, your advisor will guide you through each stage with expert insight and thoughtful support.
Fill out our Plan a Trip with as much detail as possible to ensure we can match you with the best suited SmartFlyer travel advisor for your needs. At this stage, we will also assess the level of concierge-level support needed and lead time on your trip and discuss any applicable fees.
Have an advisor in mind already? The form will allow you to request a specific agent. From there, we’ll get in touch based on your preferred method of communication.
Just like no two clients are identical, no two trips are the same. During our itinerary development process, we’ll continue to dive deeper into your travel planning preferences and unique tastes before confirming your trip.
When it comes to airfare, we’re here to assist with everything from commercial to private aviation needs. We’ll also lock in your hotel bookings at this stage, securing you added benefits across thousands of hotels, lodges, villas, and even cruise lines.
Once we’ve confirmed your air and hotels, it’s time to look at transportation, guides, restaurant reservations, spa bookings and more that were discussed at the outset of your consultation.
Prior to your departure, your SmartFlyer travel advisor will provide all of the final details on your trip. From flight confirmations to exact timings for guides, everything will be delivered in a seamless digital itinerary; if you’re an app person, we can be sure to provide you access to the SmartFlyer app!
Flights and Private Charter
Airline hold times? Not for you. Your SmartFlyer Air Team is one call away, securing the best routes, premium cabin fares, and comfortable flight configurations. If plans change, we step in to help so you can avoid long hold times or airport queues. We also support private aviation through vetted charter partners held to world-class safety standards.
